Fantastic Processor....More than SatisfactoryNov 02, 2010

I haven't had this color processor very long, but in the few months that I've had it, it has been great.
Positives: There's a main switch to turn on the processor, and there are also separate switches on each head. So, if you don't want to use the back bulb, you can just turn it off!
It works very quickly. It gets hot fast, but not so hot that it burns the client's head. If used according to the manufacturer's instructions, it works perfectly!
The arms bend and move however you need them to, in order to fit each individual client.
Long cord is very convenient.
VERY easy to assemble.
Negatives: Unless the person using the processor has super long hair, the back bulb is totally unnecesary. If I had it to do over again, I would buy the 3 head Pibbs. I usually keep the 4th head turned off. A sales rep later told me that most stylists end up saying the same thing.
Also, the product is rather large, so it takes up a pretty good bit of space.
All in all, FANTASTIC PRODUCT!
