I am an esthetician and our business ordered this unit approx. 2 years ago. It has worked beautifully and for the most part still does. Unfortunately the steamer arm and base has plastic casings that are now cracking and falling apart. The manufacturer does not have replacements for these parts, so don't plan on it lasting for more than a couple of years.

I have had this machine for awhile now. I am very happy with it. I shopped around and this product was a great find! For the functions that you get, the price was right!! I highly recommend!

I am a professional esthetician creating my own business and I ordered this machine to help get me started. It came very quickly and was very easy to assemble. All of the parts seem to work properly. I look forward to using this in my facial services. Great product for the price! Free or cheaper shipping would be better though.
