the only thing i didn't like about this equipment is that the light flickered a good 20 seconds before it lit up. It went away after a few days.

I purchased this unit, to help me start my new business as a skin care professional. I spent many hours online and researching, different equipment and thought this would be the best for my needs,and my clients needs. I was concerned with the unit was delivered right off because there were no instructions, no guide on best uses or tips, no information from the company I purchased it from, I have ordered many,many things on line and have never seen anything like that, we put it together, and I got to work, the very first thing that is wrong with this is, the arm from the unit that hold the mag light leans, the place where it is help on the stand is to short and can't support it, the second thing and most serious is that the steamer started spitting out boiling hot water on my clients face.The steaming process is supposed to be relaxing, can you imagine? I called the company, I emailed the company, they replied with an apology, and gave me tips (which I didn't need) and said to email them again if it didn't fix it.I did with no response. I'm so disappointed, DO NOT BUY
